So for the first time in the history of MY life, I attempted to watch an entire NFL game. Depending on what you call success: watching the whole game or understanding it, nonetheless I tuned into the The Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears game on Sunday. Heard of em? So yeah, I watched the entire game and tried to look excited when the quarterback what’s-his-name throw the ball thingy to what’s-his-face who got a touch down giving the still losing Bears their first touch down of the game. Yet, all I could think about was, oooh wee, I’m glad I’m not married to any of those jokers.
Not saying that the episodic tales of The Game, Football Wives, Basketball Wives, or any show dealing with athletic relational issues, has depleted my faith in athletic relational issues…but it has. Thankfully, Tia Mowry who plays Girl Melanie seems WAAAYYY happier with her hubbie of two years, Cory Hardrict.
I know he has nothing to do with nothing about the show, but when you’re that cute, you have everything to do with nothing.
Anyway, here’s more about the 31 year old hubbie of the girl plays the girl that makes us yell at the television screen,
Fact #1: He’s adorable
Fact #2: He’s an actor
Fact #3: He’s made an appearance in The Game as “The Cable Guy”
Fact#4: He played in “He’s Just Not That Into You”
Fact #5: Just look him up on IMDB to see what else you’ve seen him in.
It’s a pretty impressive resume even though, regrettably I really don’t remember his characters in any of the shows and movies. But the point I’m trying to make is that he’s a very talented individual.
Fact#6: His baby momma is Tia Mowry. No DNA test necessary. The two are expecting their first child on July 3, 2011
Ummm…rummaging through his imdb profile (See for yourself: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0362484/) I’m discovering that Cory also was in a episode of Smart Guy. Remember that show with Tia’s adorable little brother Tahj Mowry, who has since then grown out of his adorableness and now he just looks like a short regular dude? Well yeah, he had a feature role which means that possibly maybe the two knew each other for a longer time. (In my attempts to make this seemingly boring post, informatively juicy, you probably have already known that) But it’s news to me.
So there you have it. I didn’t exactly tell you the man’s life story but for those of you who didn’t know, now you know cause it’s Mike’s Super Short Show. (If any of you know that reference, I love you)
Also another random fact: Tia’s followers on twitter have increased by like 300,000 since the season premiere. Follow them both at @TiaMowry and @CoryHardrict after you follow me at @ellebizzie.
See later when I post the recap for episode 3.
